The Eggy Fall Pitching Camp 2024

The camp's Focus will be to build off this summer while improving and preparing for next year's season.

Strength

Dynamic warm ups with body workouts targeting the legs and core while strengthening and rehabbing the arms.

Mechanics

Advanced drills and immediate feedback to learn proper mechanics comparable to the professionals.

Repetition

Consistent routines, warm ups, catch play, and bullpens which creates rhythm, momentum and confidence.

  • Ages: 9-14

  • Mondays and Thursdays at Legends Facility

    • Mondays: 9/23, 9/30, 10/7, 10/14

    • Thursdays: 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17​

  • 2 Groups

    • Group 1 5:00 - 6:30 pm​

    • Group 2 6:30 - 8:00 pm

      • Same times both Mondays and Thursdays​
