Legends is partnering with Thru the Game and Ascend Performance to host a mental performance camp. The 1-day, 3-hour camp on June 17th from 5-8 pm will focus on to training and developing the required mental skills to succeed in the game of baseball and softball.

"Baseball is 90% mental. The other half is physical." - Yogi Berra

Baseball instruction often emphasizes the physical aspects of the game, such as pitching, hitting, and defense. However, having a strong mental approach can provide a significant competitive advantage. By working on mental skills in baseball and softball, players can unlock their full potential. Legends is excited to host this elite 1-day mental performance camp, providing players benefits that transcend the game. We understand that focusing on the mental side can help players stay calm under pressure, make better decisions, and improve their overall performance on the field.

Players and Parents welcome

As parents are welcome to join and watch, the information taught in the mental performance camp will be shared with families to promote connection and consistent language. The camp will enable intentional time for athletes to learn critical skills around the mental AND physical side of their sport. The techniques taught to athletes will help stegthen their game through the application of psychological and physical techniques.
